Directions for The Autograph Assistant® for Baseball |
- Remove both items. Pull apart the Autograph Assistant® - (3 & 9 o’clock). Be careful not to drop the ball.
- Remove the protective covers from the ball by twisting them off. Put them in a safe place.
- Put the Autograph Assistant® back together with the ball inside it. Line up the tabs (3 & 9 o’clock) and snap it together all the way around.
- Remove black bottom handle from bat pen and slide the top of the black handle thru the bottom hole (upwards) towards the top hole of the Autograph Assistant®. Slide it all the way until it snaps and locks in place.
- Take the bat pen and start to use it so the ink flows freely. 5 seconds should be good. Do this as close to getting the autograph as possible.
- Place bat pen slightly into black handle so it can be removed easily by the signer. If you are going to throw it to a player, then push the pen all the way into the handle. It will be snug now. Hint - To remove pen if tight, twist & pull at the same time.
- Spin the ball to the area where you want the autograph signed. Most popular is the “sweet spot”. Push the ball upwards until it locks in place real tight.
- Go get your autograph and don't forget to say : THANK YOU!
